ההתאגדות על מוסדותיה משרטטת את מפת הלמידה למבוגרים בארץ. היא מפתחת תכניות לימוד ייחודית למבוגרים ודואגת להטמעתן המוצלחת ברחבי המדינה. פעילות זו היא מגוונת ונוגעת בכל תחומי ההשכלה והלמידה בישראל. מבוגרים הם כל האוכלוסייה בישראל מעל גיל 18.

“פרנסה ביושר“ הנה עמותה הפועלת לקידום יצירת תעסוקה וסביבה תומכת לאסירים משוחררים ושילובם בחברה.

האור שבקצה

בישראל קיימים 12 מקלטים לנשים מוכות. חלקם מגזריים כגון למגזר החרדי. בכל שנה, יוצאות כמה עשרות נשים מהמקלטים לחיים בתוך הקהילה. רבות מהן חוזרות בתוך זמן קצר לגיהינום שממנו ברחו. אנו מתכוונים לתמוך* בתחילת דרכן החדשה של נשים שיצאו ממקלטים. עיקרה של התמיכה, היא תמיכה נפשית מקצועית, ובמידת הצורך – גם כספית. אנו מתכוונים להצמיד לכל אישה מאמן/ת אישי/ת שייפגשו אתה לפחות פעם בשבוע ויסייעו בהעצמתה האישית, בהשתלבותה בעבודה ובחיי הקהילה, בעזרה לילדים, במימוש זכויות מול מוסדות המדינה וכדומה.

קעליטה הוא ארגון הגג של העולים דוברי הצרפתית בישראל
קעליטה מאחד כיום למעלה משישים עמותות הפועלות למען עולים דוברי צרפתית ופועל יחד איתן במטרה לחזק את הפעילות בשטח בנושאי תעסוקה, חינוך ורווחה.
קעליטה תומך ומקדם פרויקטים בעלי השפעה, תוך יצירת סינרגיה בין העמותות החברות בו.

עמית לדרך

עמותת "עמית לדרך" הוקמה במטרה לצמצם את הפערים בחברה הישראלית.. העמותה מעניקה ליווי אישי וקבוצתי לחיילים משוחררים מרקע של סיכון על מנת להעצים אותם ולסייע להם בשילובם בחברה האזרחית. העמותה שואפת לתווך את המעבר המורכב שאליו נדרשים החיילים בסיום שירותם הצבאי מהשחרור ועד לעבודה והשכלה.

אדאר: פורום אנשי ונשות המקצוע למאבק בפשעי רצח נשים

הקניית ידע, יכולות וכלים לאנשי המקצוע הרלוונטיים להתמודדות יומיומית ושוטפת עם האלימות ורצח הנשים בחברה הערבית וזאת באמצעות הכשרות, ליווי והדרכות על ידי מומחים לטיפול בנושא בין היתר מתחומי העבודה הסוציאלית, הפסיכולוגיה והייעוץ החינוכי. פיתוח שיח מקצועי אלטרנטיבי בחברה הערבית בהתמודדות עם רצח הנשים והאלימות כלפיהן וזאת באופן המספק מענה לצרכים ולרגשות של הפרט ותוך התחשבות בנסיבות חייו וסביבתו החברתית. יצירת מערך תמיכה לאנשי המקצוע, המבוסס בין היתר על העברת ידע וקידום שותפויות ושיתופי פעולה עם המסגרות והגופים המקצועיים הרלוונטיים בחברה.

קרן קציר

תכנית מלגות קציר הוקמה ביוזמת קרן רש"י בשאיפה לסייע לצעירים מהפריפריה הגיאוגרפית והחברתית להתגבר על המכשולים ולאפשר להם למצות את הפוטנציאל שלהם באמצעות השכלה גבוהה, תוך רכישת כלים להגשמה עצמית, למובילות חברתית ולשילוב בתעסוקה, כך שהתפתחותם האקדמית תהווה בסיס לפריצת דרך אישית ולשינוי מהותי בהמשך חייהם.

מתאם הינו ארגון מלכ"ר הפועל מתוך מטרה לספק מטריה כוללת בתחום משאבי האנוש בקרב מוסדות ללא כוונת רווח בישראל. מתאם פועל במטרה לקדם את המגזר השלישי בישראל באמצעות התמקצעות והצטיינות כוח האדם ברמה הניהולית וברמת המטה של הארגונים הפועלים בו.
