חושן ( חוש"ן - חינוך ושינוי, חברה לתועלת הציבור בע"מ (חל"צ))

חוש"ן (חינוך ושינוי) הוא מרכז החינוך וההסברה של קהילת הלהט"ב (לסביות, הומואים, טרנסג'נדרים וביסקסואלים) בישראל. בחוש"ן חברים כ-300 מתנדבים להט"בים הנפגשים מדי שנה עם אלפי בני נוער בכל רחבי הארץ, ומאפשרים להם היכרות ישירה ובלתי אמצעית עם הקהילה הגאה. חוש"ן מאמין כי החינוך של בני הנוער לקבלת השונה והאחר הוא הדרך לשינוי חברתי אמיתי.

הארגון מנהיגות עסקית צעירה פועל מזה כעשור לקידום שוויון הזדמנויות תעסוקתי בישראל.
אנחנו מאמינים כי לכולם מגיעה הזכות להתקדם ולהצליח. שאיפתנו היא לצמצם את הפערים הכלכליים והחברתיים בישראל באמצעות הקניית כלים מעולם העסקים והיזמות. יחד עם שותפינו במגזר הציבורי והעסקי, אנו מפעילים תוכניות הכשרה וחונכות למגוון אוכלוסיות הנמצאות בסיכון תעסוקתי, בדגש על בני נוער וצעירים. מאז הקמת הארגון ב-2007 סייענו לאלפי אנשים לשנות את עתידם האישי והכלכלי - הצטרפו אלינו ויחד נסלול את הדרך לחברה טובה וחזקה יותר.

מיזם קולקטיב אימפקט השותפות לקידום תעסוקה בחברה הערבית

קידומה של פריצת דרך בשיעור העובדים הערבים המועסקים בתעסוקה הולמת, במיוחד במשרות מטה, בסקטור העסקי לאקדמאים, בעלי מקצוע ובעלי 12 שנות לימוד ומעלה. מתן הזדמנות שווה לשילוב החברה הערבית בישראל בתעסוקה הולמת כישורים. שינוי עמדות בקרב המעסיקים בהקשר של שילוב עובדים ערבים בתעסוקה הולמת, טיפול עומק בחסמים והטמעת תפיסת כדאיות עסקית בהעסקת האוכלוסייה הערבית בישראל. הגברת תרומת החברה הערבית לכלכלה הישראלית ולצמיחתה, לצד שיפור במצב הכלכלי והתעסוקתי בקרב החברה הישראלית.
