הקואליציה הישראלית לטראומה: מניעה והתמודדות

בדומה לרבים, גם אנחנו חולמים על עולם שבו ישנם שיתוף פעולה, יציבות ורוגע. עם זאת, עד שהחלום יתגשם אנחנו מחויבים לסייע ליחידים ולקהילות בהתמודדות מוצלחת עם משבר, בין אם הוא תוצאה של הטבע או מעשה ידי אדם.
הקואליציה נוסדה ב-2002 ביוזמת UJA Federation of NY כדי לרתום את הידע הקולקטיבי שלנו, את הניסיון ואת המומחיות של ארגוני הטראומה המובילים ושל ארגוני הממשלה. מנקודת מבט של טיפול ישיר, הרחבנו את טווח השירותים שלנו כדי לכסות נושאים רחבים יותר הקשורים בתחום הטראומה, לרבות הכשרה מקצועית, חיזוק החוסן של הקהילה והערכות לאומית לשעת חירום.

עמותת הבית לחולי טרשת נפוצה הינה, ארגון ללא מטרות רווח, אשר הוקם כדי לקדם טיפול משולב ותומך לחולי טרשת נפוצה החיים בקהילה. העמותה נחושה לחולל שינוי משמעותי באיכות חייהם של חולי טרשת נפוצה ושואפת להיות אחראית חברתית ומובילה בתחום.

איחוד הצלה

איחוד הצלה הוקם בשנת 2006 כארגון המושתת על מתנדבים ומטרתו מתן מענה רפואי ראשוני ומקצועי על מנת להציל חיים. כיום (2018) מונה ארגון 'איחוד הצלה' מעל 5,000 מתנדבים – 4000 אנשי רפואה – חובשים, פרמדיקים ורופאים 600 מתנדבי פרויקט תן כבוד, 400 מתנדבי יחידת חוס"ן, הפעילים מדן ועד אילת והוא מאושר כגוף מסייע רשמי בשעת חירום על ידי משרד הבריאות. מתנדבי “איחוד הצלה” מגישים סיוע רפואי לחולים ולפצועים הזקוקים לטיפול וסיוע רפואי מיידי. המתנדבים פזורים בתוך אוכלוסיית ישראל בכל עיר, שכונה ורחוב. הם מגיעים מכל שכבות האוכלוסייה בישראל: יהודים, ערבים, חילונים, חרדים, גברים ונשים.

העלאת המודעות הציבורית לתסמונת התשישות הכרונית (CFS) ופיברומיאלגיה (FMS) בארץ ובעולם. לפעול למען חולי CFS ו-FMS במישור האישי, הקבוצתי והקהילתי. עידוד מחקרים מדעיים שמטרתם מציאת מזור למחלות ה-CFS וה-FMS.

מרכז חרום רפואי אפרת וגוש עציון

מרכז החירום הרפואי באפרת נוסד בשנת 2000 לרווחת התושבים כדי להיות מרכז רפואי לשעת חירום. כיום משמש המרכז כמוקד רפואי קהילתי בשעות בהן אין מענה בקופות החולים.

צעדים - עמותה ישראלית לחולי ומושתלי מפרקים

עמותת "צעדים" פועלת בהתנדבות וללא כוונות רווח למען חולי ומושתלי פרקים בישראל. אנחנו, חברי העמותה, אנשים מוגבלים בתנועה ובתפקוד יומיומי כתוצאה מנזקים של מחלות. השתלת מפרק/ים היא הפתרון היחיד לנזקים קשים אלה.

בעמותה פעילים בני גילאים שונים, חלקם הגדול צעירים שעברו מספר השתלות מפרק/ים.

עמותת נאמן, נפגעי אירוע מוחי

עמותת נאמן הוקמה כארגון לעזרה עצמית של נפגעים למען נפגעים אשר לא מצאו בקהילה תמיכה בתהליך התמודדות עם ההשלכות הקשות של המחלה על חייהם. פועלת עם כוח אדם מצומצם ונשענת ברובה על מתנדבים הבאים בעיקר משורות נפגעי המחלה ובני משפחותיהם. מרבית המתנדבים פועלים במועדונים החברתיים ברחבי הארץ, וחלקם בקו התמיכה והמידע של העמותה.
מתוך הניסיון האישי של מתנדבי העמותה בשיקום חייהם לאחר אירוע מוחי, ומתוך ההיכרות המתמשכת של הקשיים עמם מתמודד ציבור זה בבואם לממש את זכויותיהם כחולים וכנכים, צמחה התמחות בפיתוח שירותים מיוחדים עבורו.

האגודה לזכויות החולה

האגודה לזכויות החולה הינה מלכ"ר אשר קם לשם מימוש זכויות מטופלים ובני משפחותיהם במערכת הבריאות ואמון על הובלת המאבק הציבורי לשמירה ומימוש זכויות אלה. האגודה פועלת להעלאת מודעות לזכויות חולים והקניית ידע אודות חוק זכויות החולה (1996), וכן מהווה אוזן קשבת לשאלות ופניות הצבור בדבר מימוש זכויותיהם המפורטות בחוק. במסגרת פעילותה מרכזת האגודה פעילות משותפת לארגוני חולים "ארגוני הזכות לבריאות ".

מעון חירום לנשים (ע"ר)

מעון חירום לנשים הוקם בשנת 1995 ע"י הרשות המקומית, משרד הרווחה וקואליציית הנשים המקומית ומאז מפעיל מעון לנשים מוכות ולילדיהן הממוקם באזור הצפון. המעון קולט ומטפל בנשים וילדים שהגיעו אליו מכל רחבי הארץ.
מטרת עמותת מעון חירום לנשים היא לספק הגנה פיזית ונפשית, ולטפל בצרכיהם הרבים והמגוונים של הנשים והילדים שמגיעים למעון. נשים וילדים אלה נאלצו - שלא באשמתם - לבחור בין שלומם הגופני והנפשי - לבין ביתם, סביבתם, מכריהם ושיגרת חייהם, ולברוח אל המקלט.
