הפעלת מערך וסל-שירותים נרחב ואיכותי לותיקי המועצה האזורית בגלבוע שיענה למגוון צרכיהם בתחומי התרבות, הפנאי, החברה והרווחה. מגוון רחב ועשיר של חוגים, סדנאות, פעילויות, מערך שירותים ומסגרות להתנדבות. דגש על הנגשת תוכניות ושירותים לרווחת ותיקי הגלבוע.
עזרה הדדית ופעילות רווחה לנזקקים לכך. העמותה מקיימת מפעל להעסקת חוסים. העמותה מפעילה בית אבות ומעון יום לאוכלוסיה המבוגרת, על מנת לתמוך בקשישי האזור ולאפשר להם להזדקן בכבוד
להקים בית ספר לחינוך מיוחד כפוף לפקודת החינוך (נוסח חדש) תשל"ח-1978 ובכפוף לחוק פיקוח על בתי הספר תשכ"ט (1969). קידום החינוך והתרבות בעיקר במגזר הבדואי ע"י סדנאות וחוגים לגיל הרך ולנוער. קידום ועזרה בנושאי חינוך ותרבות למשפחות במצוקה ע"י עזרה לילדים ובני נוער הסובלים מליקויי למידה. המשך מתן שירותים לאוכלוסיה, עם צרכים מיוחדים קשישים מעל גיל 65.
רכישת מיכשור רפואי והשאלתו לנזקקים.
רכישת ציוד לארועים, שמחות ואח` לשם השאלתם.
סיוע למשפחות נזקקות וברוכות ילדים.
קיום מסגרות חינוכיות לסיוע לילדים בלימודיהם.
סיוע ותמיכה לבתי כנסת.
