עולים ביחד

עמותת עולים ביחד הוקמה בשנת 2007, במטרה להביא לשינוי תפיסות ועמדות של מעסיקים ומנהלים בכירים במשק הישראלי בפרט ושל החברה הישראלית בכלל, ביחס לקהילה האתיופית, באמצעות הגדלת שיעור התעסוקה של סטודנטים ואקדמאים מצטיינים יוצאי אתיופיה וקידום שילובם בחברה הישראלית. קבוצה נבחרת זו היא בעינינו מודל לחיקוי ואנחנו רואים בה את עתודת המנהיגות של הקהילה האתיופית, אשר תהווה חלק בלתי נפרד מההנהגה הכלכלית והחברתית של ישראל. בכדי לממש את החזון, יצרנו מודל עבודה ייחודי המשלב בוגרי תכניות שלנו ומצטיינים מהקהילה בעבודה במגוון ארגונים, חברות ומוסדות במשק הישראלי.
